- ID Verification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all deliveries and pickups. We cannot release products to anyone under 19 or anyone unable to provide matching ID.
Pricing and Taxes
- Pre-Tax Pricing: All prices listed on Eagle i Cannabis are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Final Total: HST (13%) and any applicable delivery fees will be added at the final checkout stage.
Payment & Fraud Prevention — The “$0.00 Verification”
To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, we enforce a strict verification process:
- Physical Card Required: The customer must present the physical credit card used for the online transaction at the time of delivery or pickup.
- Identity Match: The name on the credit card must match the name on the customer’s government-issued photo ID.
- $0.00 PIN Verification: During delivery or pickup, the customer must insert their card into our mobile point-of-sale terminal and enter their PIN for a $0.00 zero-dollar transaction. This serves as technical proof that a genuine, physical card is being used by the authorized cardholder.
- Refusal: Failure to comply with the above-mentioned verification steps will result in the immediate cancellation of the order and a refund of the original purchase.
Delivery Policies and Timings
We strive to provide efficient service based on your distance from our store.
- Order Processing Hours: Online orders are accepted and processed between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- First Delivery: Please note that the first delivery of the day is typically completed around 11:00 a.m.
Estimated Delivery Windows
- Up to 4 km: Approximately 1-hour delivery.
- 4 km to 8 km: Approximately 2-hour delivery.
- 8 km to 12 km: Approximately 3-hour delivery.
Late Night Restrictions
- After 9:00 p.m.: Only deliveries within a 6 km radius will be fulfilled same day. Orders beyond 6 km placed after 9:00 p.m. will be delivered the following day.
- After 10:00 p.m.: All orders placed after 10:00 p.m. will be delivered the following day, starting around 11:00 a.m.
- Weather & Uncertainties: Due to extreme weather conditions, heavy traffic, or other unforeseen uncertainties, please expect slight delays. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we prioritize the safety of our drivers.
Compliance & Purchase Limits
- Federal Limits: We cannot sell more than 30 grams of dried cannabis or equivalent to a single person per day.
- Final Sale: All cannabis sales are final. Refunds are only issued for Health Canada recalls or verified manufacturing defects, such as faulty vape hardware.
Health and Safety
Cannabis is for adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not drive or operate machinery while impaired.
Limitation of Liability
Eagle i Cannabis is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to meet age or identification requirements.
